For Northeast Florida Realtors
Mortgage classes, workshops, videos, and events for Realtors
Gary is available to discuss a class, workshop, buyer session, video, or event request. No recurring class calendar, specific course, continuing-education credit, or scheduled event is represented as currently approved.
Useful formats
Potential formats include an office question-and-answer session, buyer-financing workshop, program comparison, difficult-deal clinic, short educational video, or event participation. The topic, audience, date, format, and company approval must be confirmed before promotion.
Education comes before lead capture
A useful session should answer a defined transaction question, show variable assumptions, cite current sources, and leave time for questions. It should not become a generic mortgage advertisement or imply that attendance determines financing eligibility.
What is not currently claimed
This site does not claim continuing-education credit, an approved curriculum, a recurring calendar, recorded video library, sponsorship budget, or guaranteed availability. Those items remain unavailable for promotion until verified.
How to request a session
Provide the organization or office, audience, likely attendance, preferred date, in-person or virtual format, and the real mortgage questions the group wants answered. Do not include borrower files in an event request.
Frequently asked questions
Clear boundaries for the partnership
Are any class dates currently posted?
No. A date should be promoted only after Gary, the host, and any required company review confirm it.
Do these sessions provide continuing-education credit?
No CE credit is claimed. Accreditation or credit would require separate documented approval.
Can a workshop discuss a buyer’s personal file?
Not in a group setting. Borrower-specific and sensitive information belongs in a private, authorized conversation and secure system.
Next step
Request a focused education session
Tell Gary the audience, format, timing, and mortgage question. He can confirm whether the request is available and appropriate.
