This educational website minimizes data collection, does not submit mortgage applications, and does not store calculator or guided-question inputs.
What this website processes
The payment estimator performs calculations in your browser and does not send or store its inputs. The Mortgage Question Guide processes text only in your browser, clears it after submission, and does not send it to Gary or store it on this website. The Realtor scenario brief creates a draft in your own email program; nothing is transmitted until you choose to send that email.
Calls, texts, and email
If you call, text, or email Gary, you choose what to provide. Those communications may be received, used, and retained in ordinary business communication systems to respond and meet applicable company or legal requirements. This website does not enroll visitors in marketing messages or collect a separate marketing consent. Do not send borrower-sensitive information or documents through ordinary email or text.
Secure application handoff
The Apply page sends visitors to Gary’s separately hosted, company-approved mortgage application destination. That service has its own notices, consent process, security controls, data collection, retention, and privacy practices. Confirm the destination before entering personal or financial information.
External services
Review profiles, NMLS Consumer Access, government sources, maps, social profiles, and other external links are controlled by third parties. Their privacy, cookies, accessibility, security, availability, and retention practices are not controlled by this website.
Company privacy policy controls
The current First Coast Mortgage Funding privacy policy is the authoritative company policy for company-operated mortgage services and should be reviewed before submitting an application or documents.
Analytics, cookies, and future changes
No advertising pixels, session replay, nonessential analytics, account creation, website database, or first-party contact-form submission is implemented in this review version. Any future collection or tracking requires a new data inventory, company approval, appropriate notice or consent, retention rules, security review, and an updated privacy notice.
